The Times was the first national newspaper to break the story of the St Matthew's Jubilee Event. The News in Brief section reported that worshippers were each given £20 and told to "go forth and multiply". Fr Stuart has since appeared in Ruth Gledhill's Times blog. |

The Local Guardian takes the prize for publishing the most scary picture of Fr Stuart in it's report of the event. In the article Fr Stuart states that "I decided to take a bit of a leap of faith and put my trust in the congregation". |
